To offer the best service and keep our prices competitive, we’ve created this return policy to reduce returns and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.

1. Warranty Period
Standard Products: Two (3) years from the date of shipment (Invoice Date).
ODM/OEM Products: Two (2) years from the date of shipment (Invoice Date), or as per mutual agreement.
Third-Party Products: Coverage as per the original manufacturer's warranty policy.
Extended Warranty: Additional coverage options are available; please contact our sales team for details.
2. Warranty Policy
CWWK guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises, CWWK will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund of the purchase price.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Products subjected to improper environmental conditions.
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
Products that fail within 30 days of the invoice date are considered DOA. CWWK will provide an expedited replacement upon receipt and verification of the DOA product.
5. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
To return a product for repair or replacement:
Request an RMA Number: Contact our support team to obtain an RMA number before returning any products.
Shipping Instructions: Clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping label and ensure products are securely packaged.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to CWWK; we will cover return shipping after repair or replacement.
6. Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Products
For products outside the warranty period:
Repair Services: Available for a fee; contact our support team for a quote.
Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be credited toward the repair cost if you proceed.
